There is space for four cars in front of the building. Don’t be put off by the exterior appearance of the guesthouse. The gate and wall of the entrance courtyard could do with a bit of a refresh. But once you’ve stepped through the front door, the welcome is perfect. The room is very cosy and tastefully decorated. There’s everything you need to make yourself a hot drink, and the bathroom is well-equipped. There is airco. The welcome drink is an excellent local ratafia. Breakfast is generous, with homemade jams, local products and a lovely atmosphere over a good cup of coffee or tea. Dinner is prepared by the hostess and accompanied by local wine. Not to mention a glass of champagne as an aperitif to get the conversation going around a large communal table. In short, highly recommended – come with a smile and it will be returned to you.
